In addition to entertaining guests with great music programming and crowd interaction, the DJ also serves as master of ceremonies. In addition the glass booth is unique and the sound system is state-of-the art.  The dance floor packed is influenced by many factors like the order and style in which songs are played, the way songs are mixed together, levels of lighting, and the skill of Starnote.

DO YOU HAVE "KARAOKE" AVAILABLE

Yes, just ask Robin ahead of time to schedule it in addition to the DJ & light system.

IS SETUP TIME INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE?

You should never have to pay for a band or DJ's setup or breakdown time. Set up time is typically an hour prior to your scheduled start time and background music will be playing before your first guest arrives.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC TO BE PLAYED AT OUR EVENT?

ABSOLUTELY! Even though every song on the list will be AT YOUR EVENT, Starnote will be completely flexible when it comes to music selection. You can also choose what you don't want played!

 

HOW INTERACTIVE ARE YOU AS A DJ?

Completely conservative, outgoing, or anywhere in between. By default, interactive as necessary to keep your guests having a great time: But never obnoxious or nerdy.

DO YOU HAVE A VIDEO SHOWING ONE OF YOUR PERFORMANCES?

Please go see them live instead of that studio-edited video demo that can make anything look appealing. Then come on out and see Starnote in action! At most events the banquet room doors are open so you can easily sneak a peek without intruding. You may also request that your event remain completely private.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Starnote rates are highly competitive and affordable, but we can only give you an EXACT quote once we know the details, date, hours, etc. of your event. Every effort will be put forth to assist you in picking the perfect package to suit your needs.

HOW MUCH EXTRA DO YOU CHARGE TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS?

I love this question when it's asked. All announcements are of course made eloquently and accurately free of charge. In addition to Master of Ceremonies, we work hand in hand with the photographer and manager to make every aspect of your event a roaring success so you can relax and enjoy yourself.
